Both Graceland Shopping Center location and Westerville - Parkview Center location have butchered my hair. In both instances I told them I was growing my hair out - but they did not listen! Graceland Lori cut more than 1/2 off my bangs when I asked for a trim. Westerville Jared - cut the 2+ inches I had grown out the back of my hair off and made it as short as it was when I started growing it out 6 months ago. In both cases they claimed I didn't use their terminology - but in neigher case did they ask me any clarifying questions. Both are franchises so I got no help from the corporate headquaters. read full review »
