I am having airtel lifetime plan for the past several years and the tariff for the same is for SMS-10 paise and for calls 1.00 Re; now as per the advertisement by airtel I have subscribed Rs64 to get the calls at 1 paise per second; but to my shock the sms charges also changed to 50 paise which is not at all mentioned in their advertisement anywhere; when I contacted the customer care they said it is wrongly deducted and hereafter it will charge only 10 paise for sms; but it continues to charge 50 paise per sms; but when again I contacted the customer care they abruptly disconnect their services please tell me remedies my mobile number is 919894490432 read full review »
