On 11/13/08, I ordered the "free trial", and was immediately charged $44.85, the product finally arrived on 12/15/08. At this point I was already beyond the 30 day trial so I actually filed a complaint with my credit card company and am waiting to hear from them. This was after trying to call the "800" number, receiving a message that the wait time (due to popularity of product) would be six minutes. I placed my phone on speaker and continued to work.
