Trying to exchange a broken heater sold to me 8 months ago, a staff member on the phone told me "sure, bring it in and we'll exchange it!" I arrive and firstly, no customer staff at the front at all, like a deserted store with no hope of business. Older chubby guy comes up finally and I mention the exchange to which point he refuses. I mention his staff told me to bring it down and exchange with original receipt and original packaging and still he refuses any accountability.
