I recieved 7 phone calls from a "Private Caller", one right after the other and since my phone # is blocked I finally decided to answer it. At first I thought it was a "Crank Call" because I could barely understand the man on the other line. I don't know if he had a speech impediment or a seriously strange accent, either way he starts rambling on an on.
