This complaint is about negligent act ofyour staff at Padi, chennai pharmacystore. My wife is the patient of hyper tension and diabetic for the past 10 years.She is under treatment of Dr. C.V.Bhirmanandham Seniormost Cardiologist in Chennai. He has prescribed some drugs/medicines one of which is Seranace 0.25mgm tablets. On 6.11.2009 your Padi Branch staff has given Serance tablets one strip of 10 mgm and one strip if 5 mgm since 0.25mgm not available and advised to take 2 10mg and 1 5 mg.
