Hello, I am a pre-paid mobile customer in India, my carrier is IDEA mobile. Like ABachchan says, "What an idea !!". Now, this is my complaint: Whenever I recharge, I get a message from 3893 saying that my recharge was successful and I have (zzz) Rs. in balance. This is an SMS & is always stored in the handset. If I want to delete it, I can, but normally no prepaid customer will do that. In my case, I want to know how much I am paying in a month. I know people who have simlar raw accounting.
