I, too, answered an online offer in August and the coffee kept coming after the initial order. I was sent 3 additional offer within 2-3 weeks. Calling them did not help because the agents all had the same line such as "you will be refunded but it takes time." Finally after 3 months of being ill-served on the phone, no refunds on my credit statement, and no response to a letter sent to the President/CEO, I filed a complaint with the Illinois Better Business Bureau.
