AirTel India has a customer care toll free No.121. For the last many days I have noticed that if I wish to speak to the Customer Care Executive by pressing No.9 in the sequence, I get an answer "please dial *123# to see your account balance... thank you for contacting Airtel...etc." .. and the line cut from their end. Where are all the executives hidden? Don't they know how irritating it is to waste so much time in trying to get to the executive. Where else can we find the answer to our queries? Reliance Broadband+ Internet Service Providers in India advertise themselves vigorously as No.1 service providers in India. However, in fact, they are the No.1 robbers. They hire a gang of guys called 'Vriti' who lure customers without doing any paperwork or giving sufficient details, saying the papers would be sent later; and handover the datacard for Rs.3500 which should not cost more than Rs.1500.
