My manuscript was formatted in Word and looked fine on my computer, but the printed pages didn't have the appearance I wanted. The formatting team adjusted margins, spacing, chapter headings, page numbers, and section breaks. I especially liked the consistent treatment of chapter openings. During the proof review, I noticed a widow at the bottom of one page, and they corrected it. The first proof arrived a little later than planned, but the final interior looks clean and comfortable. read full review »
