Ordered Season 4 Greys Anatomy and when it arrived from Thailand it is blantently a copy, bad quality and a wallpaper backed DVD box. The DVD does not play correctly and is jumpy and awful quality. The company are soooooooo rude when replying to emails deflecting the issue, trying to rely on their terms and conditions and trying to avoid the issue that the item is not real. I have asked for their address which they won't give and ignore my requests for a refund. Luckily I used Paypal so have instigated a claim with them to get my money... read full review »
