Vodafone advertises £18 for unlimited broadband use for businesses. Whilst taking out an 18 month contract I was told one can monitor usage as well as upgrade anytime. A few days after taking out the contract I decided to upgrade from £12.77 per month to their £18 package. Guess what? Vodafone dealer said it was no problem but I need to go through their customer services. Customer services quoted £25.00 for 5GB and refuse to let me upgrade to the package that I have opted for.
