Clickinks.com is a sorry excuse for a company. They should be investigated by the BBB. I placed an order with them at the end of September. I received my order the first week of October and did not open the package until I needed a new cartridge for my printer (the end of October). When I opened a blue cartridge, it had already been OPENED. The cartridge was also USED. I decided I would let it go and try another cartridge...you guessed it...also USED.
