Dear India I found your contact info on one of the complaint boards and I hope you can help me. On 11-05-09 one of the sales reps (scam artists) code 012 came to my door I explained to the boy that I didn't have the money but I wished that I could help him in some way he went on to completely lie to me stating that I would have 3 weeks to cancel and that all I had to do is call the # on the back of the sales receipt I'm on the line with them now (specifically a MNGR named Donna) and she is proving to be useless.
