I recently purchased an X-Box 360 from superstore only to find an old x-box with scratches on it in the box. The cords in the box looked brand new and didn’t work with the consol. Now I’m stuck with a consol that I can’t even turn on. I’m pretty sure employees have been switching the products. When I approached the manager, she simply said she will not allow for exchanges or refunds because the codes didn’t match, but that was how I had purchased the product.
