Wow - this airline SUCKS! We just booked tickets. We were given a total price for the ticket and had to put in our credit card. AFTER THAT, they take you through a bunch of screens where THEY ADD ON FEES for luggage and a SEAT! We didn't even complete the transaction and realized all these fees were PLUS, PLUS, PLUS to the amount we agreed to. We called customer service and the guy was a total jerk. The transaction was not even done but he said if we just cancelled they would charge us a $110.00 cancellation fee. We asked him why... read full review »
