I sold a college textbook through Amazon.com. A nice college girl from the east coast contacted me through Amazon. I told her what the book was...a student copy placed in a 3 ring binder but complete. She makes her payment. I send the book. I feel that it didnt get there in time for the start of her class so she complains the book is not as advertised. I just used it in a class. Amazon tells me to refund the money within 10 days. No I am out the book and the postage! I called them and they were rude about how I misrepresented myself and its my problem. They actually take the side of the buyer and have no protection for the seller. Do not use them! read full review »
