Bank of America is trying to foreclose on my home but will not provide me any legal documentation dealing with my loan. I have called 4 times over the last 10 months asking for a copy of my mortgage and any other associated paperwork. They said it was sent but after months I never received it. I asked to know whom held my deed. After receiving many various stories, I was told by Mr. David Lindsey that they would only tell me if I wrote or faxed in a request for that information.
