My story is, alas, the same as all those which have gone before. Paid upfront (through PayPal, thank goodness) and waited 25 days, per the website's request. Nothing arrived, at which point I contacted moviebytes' customer service (such as it is) and, in fairness, received a quick response explaining that 99% of their deliveries were made on time and that this was extremely diasappointing for them.
