Purchased Greys Anatomy Season 4 on DVD from MovieBytes.co.uk. When is arrived it was obvious that it had been recorded off TV. Contacted Movies Bytes by email to inform that the DVD was fake. They would offer a full refund upon receipt of the returned DVD, however Moviebytes have not issued any refund. Nor can they confirm that they have received the DVD. Due to the location of the company being in Thailand, it was difficult to ensure that the DVD was returned successfully. read full review »
