I am a young single mother of two. I worked for two years, paying my wages into my natwest bank accout. Every month, for nearly three years, they have repeatedly charged me up to £100 in one month for direct debit cancellations, etc. I now claim benefits as working only seemed to get me further ito debt, so i claimed the charges back using the FSA hardship waiver.
