BUYER BEWARE!!! This company will take your money and not deliver your goods. I placed a order with 09uggaustralia.com. It says on their website you will recieve a tracking number for your order in 3-7 days. I contacted the company's customer service after 3 days and was told it is a busy time of year for uggs and they would ship asap. I contacted them again was told they would ship again in a few days. I started to think this wasn't right.I contacted Paypal and they are looking into this to refund my money. It has been over a week now and still no boots. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. read full review »
