I bought their extender deluxe model and it says 180 days satisfaction guarantee. I used it for 3 weeks and it is painful and uncomfortable. I requested return but they told me i HAVE TO use it for 180 days and also I HAVE TO submit 25 posts to their forums. I don't know what kind of return term it is. I have never seen such thing, obligation to wait for 180 days and obligation to submit 25 posts. Dont trust X4 Labs company. it is really rip-off and i don't recommend them. read full review »
