I was charged a fee of 99.95 from my checking account by platinum service. I wasn't sure what this was for so I called them and asked them to refund my money as I did not know what I was paying for and certainly had no intentions of paying 100 dollars for it. They explained they could cancel my subscription but that the 99.95 was non-refundable. If they persist in perpetuating this type of fraud I intend to file charges against them. read full review »
