I too have fallen into the trap of ordering the product as part of the 'Free Trial', only to receive another 30 day supply and a charge to my credit card. I rang the number and got a 'complaint service', not part of the company but acting on their behalf. The lady cancelled my order but quoted the terms and conditions from their website. I went back to their website and admittedly if you search around enough it does say that if you do not cancel within 15 days you will be charged, and a further 30 days will be sent... read full review »
