I purchased a 14 Day Risk Free Trial for teeth whitening trays. I received the product 12 days after my initial order and was surprised to see that my 14 day trial ended 3 days later. I followed the directions to cancel my monthly delivery by going to the website and was surprised when I couldn't actually log on to the site. The log in screen said it would email me my log in information, but never did. Of course, my deadline was a Saturday and they are closed on Sundays.
