I signed up to your free trial offer over the internet on 3 October 2009. I then spoke to one of your consultants on the line and he advised me to do nothing and cancel later. I then formally cancelled the product on 12 October 2009 (well within the free trial period) and was given a cancellation Number. Agents of the company advised me that when we received the pills to return them directly to the company and there would be no extra charge.
