Dear Sir, I applied for new connection on 15/11/2009 by Mr. Neeraj who is working in Gurgaon Address - Plot No-4, Udyog Vihar Ph-1, Near Kapashera Border Gurgaon Haryana He commited me to start my new connection till 2 o'clock on 16/11/2009. But he makes false Promise or commitment with me and treaded as in very irresponsible manner. I called him up so many times but he didn't pick my phone call and reply my phone call.
