After becoming frustrated with the service support from the company that installed our generator, we contacted Guardian Home Generators. Working with Brad has been a completely different experience. He is responsive, knowledgeable, and professional, and he takes the time to explain what is happening with the system. We have also learned important information about the generator and its maintenance that had never been explained to us before.
