I have purchased some Ugg boots from uggs-australiauk.com only to receive the to disover they are actual fakes. I have tried to get a refund, but they won't let you send them back and also don't really make alot of sense when replying to you as are obviously chinese. I feel that I have been miss sold products which are substandard - please do not use this site. I have reported them on the official ugg website.
