I spoke with Sridhar Babu @ Airtel at 6:40-6:45 in the evening informing him that I am facing a lot of problem with Airtel and its connection and that 2-3 times we have already spoken with someone regarding it and they have not rectified it yet... I told him I want to speak with a TL, the agent assured me that will transfer the call and hung up on me...I called again and spoke with Ravi Kumar @ Airtel at 6:58 requesting to speak to a TL and explained the same situation agin to him.
