HP net book was purchased for me . Since may i have been very happy with it, then all of a sudden it stopped connecting to the internet, even when it said it is connected. tried very many reliable connections even in own home i did everything the help references told me nothing ; then i called Hp they told me it would take 3 hours to fix it from their place and it WOULD COST ME 139 DOLLARS!!! . THEY EXPLAINED IT WAS A SOFTWARE PROBLEM AND THAT IT WAS MY FAULT!!! . I KNOW THAT DANG THING COST 300 BUCKS . never again will I purchase an HP product with this kind of scam going on . i will now save up and purchase mac products . HP BLOWS !!! read full review »
