The review is for the Quiznos located at 158 Rolling Rdg Dr State College, PA 16801 (814) 234-3330 I rarely frequent chain restaurants such as this but was asked to meet someone there and I accepted. Upon arriving it became clear quite quickly that cleanliness is not a top priority. There were not a lot of patrons so we thought it would be a quick order and we'd be on our way.
