We ordered a FREE 10 day trial of a product of theirs. In less than 24 hours, we contacted them and cancelled the product order. We had to pay the postage for the product as the order had gone through and we had already been billed. Around 1 month later, we have been charged on our Visa card another £58.77 for the product (even after cancelling the order).
