Ordered from Dazzle Smile a free sample, as soon as received the package without opening it shipped it back and called right away and canceled the account with the confirmation number. Three weeks later I saw a charge of $24.82 and .20c from the company called "Elitepack" on my credit card, which I had no idea what it was and I was sure that I didn't purchase anything from them.
