Hello This complaint follows a previous e-mail concerning my request of a refund after purchasing the product "360Share Pro" which caused problems to my computer and I had to remove it (requestID=67667afc-0a8d-4d10-9b9e-f1f12bb05e04)c. Unfortunately, another issue has come to the fore which made me so disappointed.
