jc whitney adds a charge to their orders for "insurance" based on the amount of the telephone order. it does not add this charge for an online order. when i asked about the "insurance" charge i was told it is "in the event that the order is lost, it will help expedite locating the package" They say it is optional only after you ask about it.<br /> THIS IS A LIE!
