I purchased LG MS2342AE Microwave 2 years back. It is now not working. I purchased it for Rs.3, 500/-. When I called their aftersales they promptly came and checked the machine and said Transformer needs replacement. The estimate for replacement of transfermor they have sent is Rs.1, 420/- which is almost half the cost of the machine which is not given even the life of 2 years.
