I have had two Instyler's burn out after very little use. Now the company will not refund my money. I do not have the time or patience to return this product every time they fail to work. They want to give me another Instyler, I no longer trust the Instyler. The product is not made well if it can't stand up to minor usage. The product is unreliable. I purchased this product in the Spring of this year (2009)It didn't last 6 months. The product worked well when it worked. I would not recommend this product since the company will not issue a refund when their product malfunctions. BUYER BEWARE!! read full review »
