I ordered a dvd by credit card. They say they sent it but they only can substantiate that it was sent to the Post Office in Oakland, Calif., not that it ever reached my address. My send to address is my office so someone is always available to sign for items but they do not indicate to me that they get signatures for delivery. They keep telling me to track with USPS but the only information USPS has is that it went to the Oakand post office, apparently because it was sent general delivery and not with any special instructions like to get a... read full review »
