I am one of the Smart prepaid user. On 12th Nov 2009 night I made a call with my mobile and after call my balance was Rs ~253. On the next day, 13th Nov 2009 morning my balance was Rs 0.50. I tried to call 9827098270 but could not connect. I made emrgency recharge and called one of Reliance Smart Officer namely Mr. Siddiki (#9827019563), he redirected me to another officer namely Madam Mausami (#9827019581) and Mausami Madam finally redirected me to officer namely Mr Kumar (9301234511).
