I contacted the fleet manager at Right Toyota (Elvis) and worked out a deal to get a new RAV-4. Elvis told me about a car that would be coming in and he would make sure he called me when it got there so we could complete the transaction. He completely dropped the ball. The car came in after two weeks and was sold while Elvis was "asleep at the wheel". These car salesmen continue to jerk you around and live up the their bottom feeder stereotype.
