The shop in Kenmore, Washington is the pits. Do not expect them to have any talent or listen to you. The stylist began by asking me a bunch of personal questions, then she started cutting, way shorter than what I asked for, and gave me a boring, dated bob style that is what I told them I did not want. Very unflattering, really embarrassing. A "repair" cut was offered, but the change was so subtle as to make no real difference. The second stylist, though kind, could not improve it.
