Payments that have been made on-line to the Brick are not appearing on my Platinum Card statement. When I contacted the customer service number listed on the statement, the Brick didn't answer. It turns out the number is for the financial retail service provider City Financial. They informed me that my payments have gone to an old retail service provider that the the Brick used in the past.
