My cell phone bill was payed by my mother in law over the phone with a credit card today. When I went in to a local location to pay my bill the manager did not inform me that my bill was already payed. When I found out from my mother in law that she had payed my bill I called the store back to ask for my money back. My bill was double payed. He refused to give my money back and kept it. No one that I called at Metro PCS would help me. I have never had a company flat out steal from me before! read full review »
