the phone i purchased came dead on arrival and i mailed it back as they offer a 1 year warrantee. i paid for shipping there and they also made me pay shipping back as well and i recieved the same dead on arrival phone. I paid for the phone and shipping 3 times equivilant to purchasing 2 of these elsewhere. Now they wont return my email when i ask them once again to resolve my issue.
