I've never had any business dealings with these people. I'm not sure how they got my phone number, but for the last several mornings I've been awaked at 5 AM by their text messages. The body of the messages are the same: They say "G'day! The Obama administration is offering grants for families. Learn more now at..." The first text referred me to grantsdeliver.com.
