Back in May, I responded to an ad on Google site and signed up by paying $1.97 for a work -at-home tool kit. I received nothing so I kind of forgot about it. I have a CapitalOne credit card which I used to charge the $1.97 fee and after that, I didn't use the card at all so I never checked my statement, but made my monthly payment toward the balance whenever I received my notice online from CapitalOne.
