Best Mini Split Brands publishes independent, numbered rankings of heating and cooling equipment: the best overall mini split brands, DIY and quick-connect systems, cold-climate heat pumps, budget and multi-zone options, gas furnaces and central air conditioners. We also rank the installation tools homeowners and technicians rely on, including vacuum pumps, micron gauges and flaring tools. Each ranking is built from manufacturer specification sheets, certification listings and warranty documents, checked against what owners report, and dated so readers know how current it is.
