Withing warranty and the control key is gone despite normal use. They say it is not covered warranty. The local service provider HCL were to replace the keyboard at price - it is over two months and there is no sign of keyboard or information on that. Using the laptop with 'control' key feels like having a girlfriend without a tooth! Wonder if writing this would help - there is no way of getting to Toshiba. Absolutely no way.
